Returns & Exchanges

At LOLA, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and peel off the provided prepaid shipping label to place it on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience using the tracking information provided.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
